12 marketing maladies (and their antidote-bootstrapping!) (Part 1)

Blogger, former Apple big wig and venture capitalist Guy Kawasaki has put together what he considers to be the top 10 (no, make that 12) lies told by marketers.

Actually, I'm going to take a somewhat more positive Spin on these, because, coming at this issue from the conventional business plan writing approach, I think the word "lie" is somewhat harsh.

I'm going to call these marketing maladies because I think, like a conventional illness in the body, they really make it difficult for your business to operate properly, especially during start-up.
