• Nor does either person want to seem clueless by admitting that they have little or no idea what will happen when they roll out their new product or service.

So what is the cure for this malady of marketing? Realize that uncertainty is a good thing when starting a business. Be cautious, reluctant to seek big money until you have a good model and realize it will take time to find out what that model is. Addressing your customers one at a time, stressing the building of cash flow, will be a huge step in the right direction.
