"It is a godsend," said Iguchi, whose company also sells ConnectMe products to clients as their communications solution.
As an example of the ease of the system's operation, Iguchi said that after a recent move of his company from Sunnyvale to Santa Clara, California, a simple redirect of incoming calls over his existing 800 number routed them directly to the new office.
The change was not apparent to his customers, he said.
