Praises gush on the company's website reading like fan mail, or as Field suggests "love letters", a testament to the personal service received by customers.
"I love, love, LOVE Printing for less. Seriously, I use them over our local printers all the time. They have such amazing customer service that it's almost as if you have someone there doing a press check for you," e-mailed Lisa J. fargo.
Fargo heads Fargo Graphic Design Co. in McKees Rocks, PA, west of Pittsburgh offering a wide variety of services from advertising, annual report and brochure design to web banners and website design and says she uses PrintingforLess.com often.
"I've actually been with them since they were 'little guys' and the success has not gone to their heads at all. Anytime you call, it's a familiar voice on the other end and they take care of you as if you were their only customer," she said.
