Bootstrapper's group still needs members

I'm still trying to generate some interest in our Bootstrapper's Group on Yahoo!
Some associates asked me why a Yahoo! group instead of, say, a larger social community like the Bootstrap Network or a global network for business professionals like Xing.
I guess my answer is that I have very specific goals for this particular group and am hoping they can be realized with a little more involvement.
Here were some of my initial goals:
• To forge a smaller more intimate group as sort of a co-op of bootstrapping entrepreneurs and experts interested in the bootstrapping process
• To use a format for the group's communications that was more content intensive then a linking site like MyBlogLog and more focused and self-contained than MySpace
• To share and barter resources and news about each others' projects in an environment in which the whole group could keep track and render comment and assistance when necessary
• To allow for exchange on a conversational level shared only by those who are members of the group.
I've shared some of beginning steps of PostRanger.com's start-up with the group in a way that is harder to do for the more general reading audience of this blog or the PostRanger main blog for that matter.
If you are a bootstrapping entrepreneur, someone interested in starting on the path of entrepreneurship, interested in entrepreneurs as an angel or other investor or as a coach or mentor or if you are just a reader of this blog, I encourage you to join. Let's see what happens.
