He also charges $24.95 for an affiliate program with Empowerism.com and promises other free affiliate programs

However, suffice it to say that domain names can often be purchased for less than $10 a year from services like Go Daddy.com, modest e-commerce sites can be hosted for as little as $7.95 per month at doteasy or with some diligent shopping and some blog publishing services offer hosting absolutely free.
