Especially if you are a bootstrapper. Entrepreneurs are a special kind of people. They are ready to put a lot of work into some very uncertain results (everyone dreams of being a millionaire but only very few make it). If we are talking about bootstrapping entrepreneurs, then they will put more than plain hard work into the business they are starting, they will (and have to) put their personal finance to work.
