Higher determination to succeed. Now, really, in a self funded company, if you're doing it wrong, it might be the end.
You can't afford that, and this should make you focused on doing the right things, the right way.
I think I've now got to a point where it seems that all externally funded companies are bad. Well, maybe not bad, but they should pay a much higher attention to getting and sustaining the employee commitment.
