Bootstrapper Tips

A good example of how this worked in my boutique set-up was this.
My wife, a talented layout designer, could probably have whipped up a slicker package than the one I created, but she herself works an impossible schedule and waiting for her to have a free moment would have meant major delays.
Taking a paragraph from the bootstrap musings of start-up guru Guy Kawasaki, I decided the importance of getting a product out the door (whether talking about a few T-shirts in my case or world changing software in Guy's) was the paramount issue.
