Focus on Strength
Black in Business ran in encouraging piece earlier this month on how to develop a positive outlook on your business activities.
It's a simple message. Manage your weaknesses; we all know that. But the important part of the message for bootstrappers is that we should enhance out strengths. Our strengths will help us make it big. And no amount of just managing our weaknesses, if that's all we do, will get us where we want to go.
