The business started offering outsourced phone service and has grown from there.
Partnerships with other professionals have helped that expansion and now an India-based service center has come on board offering web design and back office functions, said My Business Assistant founder Gourab Nanda.
"My core competency is to be a service management company for small business," he explained.
That role allows other companies to outsource support functions and, for small startups, do what they do best.
