I'm very excited this morning and wanted to break some of the silence on a new bootstrap venture I've only hinted at in recent posts.

Back in July, I announced the launch of the tentatively named Hessinger Media and created a blog with a couple of entries as a kind of notebook to chart my progress.


I've also talked about the project pretty extensively among fellow members of our Bootstrapper's Group on Yahoo!

In the interim the new venture has begun to take shape and I am on the lookout for anyone interested in helping to get it up and running.

The project has no official name yet. A new domain should be in place by this weekend to improve the branding of this thing.

Until then, the best way I can describe the project is a cross between a social network and a community bulletin board ranging across a large number of topics.

As you can see, most are still pretty empty.

What I'm looking for are folks interested in guest authoring in return for back links to their own blogs, other sites or personal pages or just to get their stuff out there on the net.

My belief is that in time the network will draw a larger and larger audience. That will in turn help anyone who contributes and arguably getting on board early will help you be a part of the early growth stage of the venture.
