New bootstrapping network aims at innovation

According to the site's welcome page, the network is a resource for entrepreneurs and offers tools to start and grow businesses like free blogs, communities and project groups to enhance collaboration and as a source for expertise on a variety of subjects.
The network was founded by Neil McEvoy (pictured above), who, according to his online bio:
works in the UK IT and telecomms industry advising on next-generation IT business systems, and helps to launch new start-up ventures.
Previously he founded The App Tap, one of Europe's first "pure play" ASPs (Application Service Providers), raising venture capital from industry heavyweights such as Redbus Interhouse, and working with IBM and Microsoft to deliver local e-marketplaces to encourage greater online collaboration and commerce for small businesses.
A membership business plan gives an overview of how both general members and experts (by invitation only) can become involved in innovation acceleration, a partnership program, the network's editorial agenda, PR and marketing, service development and social enterprise.
It may be a bit over the head of some entrepreneurs and involvement (particularly in editorial content) is still somewhat limited, but I'm keeping this one on the radar at least as a great format for publicizing new projects and I think we may see much more from the network in the future.
