Dorobanescu also blogs that his little enterprise is making steady progress.
Yep, my business is growing. It went from the stage I could run it in the evening to the stage I have to consider hiring people.
Still, Dorobanescu hints that with part-time bootstrapping the threat of burn-out from fatigue and lack of balance with personal life is ever present.
When I interviewed him in late July, Dorobanescu had just delivered a project to a client and was enjoying a weekend of dirt biking with his Honda and a visit to Sighisoara, former home of Vlad Tepes, the 15th century Transylvanian ruler who became the historical inspiration for Bram Stoker's Dracula.
In addition to its historic architecture, the city also offers a summer Medieval Art and Theatre Festival.
"After I complete a site, I always try to get a weekend out," he said.
