Surprised by customers (Part 3)

After all your careful preparation you have left the front door locked without realizing it and for several hours have not been able to take advantage of a group of paying customers wanting to enter.
The story may sound far fetched but something like it happened to me only last week and has provided a good lesson that I won't soon forget and want to share with readers.
