The three partners in 1 Greek Store traded not only borrowed money but also plenty of time and sweat equity to make their venture a success.

When they began during the summer months of 2006 the work was manageable, but as classes kicked in the hours became more difficult embroidering the fancy special stitching expected by their customers onto purchased blank clothing.

"I'm on the machine making clothing all the time and studying," Dennis admitted in February. They also provided custom work including extra words, names, dates and other personal flourishes on sleeves and collars.
