What's that noise?

"Thank you very much, Mr. Brandworthy. I have to admit I had my doubts going with a small one man firm at first, but I must say your service was impeccable," says the client.

Then, as he turns to leave, we hear a faint sound that seems to come from nowhere. The client freezes, a look of puzzlement on his face. His eyes move from side to side looking for the source of the sound.
