Why would you choose to bootstrap?

There are many ways to start a business: bank loan, venture funding, angel or other outside investors, etc.

However, entrepreneur Greg Gianforte insists the best method remains bootstrapping and gives some great reasons why.

I'm presuming you're interested in bootstrapping too, either to grow an existing business or to start a new one basically using your company's or other existing resources you have at your disposal to get yourself started.

That's why you're reading this blog, right?

So, what are your reasons for choosing the bootstrapping path? We'd love to hear.
